Hope for the Holidays toy drive aims to help families in our community

This year's annual Hope for the Holiday toy drive kicks off on Nov. 16 and runs through Dec. 21. All collected toys will be given to local families through the Salvation Army and U.S. Marine Corps Reserves programs. Families are selected via an application process, which has wrapped up for the 2018 holiday season.

Water rates key in determining who will join new Toledo-led commission

Now that Toledo voters have given city officials permission to form a new regional water commission, it's time to figure out who all will participate.
