Located forty miles form Philadelphia Pottstown was established around 1753 and named after its founder John Potts. The area is a center for farming and dairying. Exposure, Lewdness Alleged In Sanatoga Incident

A 27-year-old Pottstown man who witnesses say publicly exposed himself and masturbated in their presence Tuesday at about 5:10 p.m. in the Liberty Ministries Thrift Store, 2200 E. High St., was arrested a short time later by Lower Pottsgrove police, its CrimeWatch website reported . Tionte Jasan Ragland has been charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and two separate counts of disorderly conduct, according to Montgomery County magisterial district court docket sheets .
