Norwalk woman charged with stealing $8K in unemployment benefits

A Norwalk woman is being accused of fraudulently collecting more than $8,000 in unemployment benefits, according to the state Division of Criminal Justice. Grisel Rodriguez, 51, of 187 Ely Avenue, allegedly used another person's identifying information to collect approximately $8,400 in unemployment benefits over six-month period in 2014, according to the warrant.
