No-swimming advisories issued for Jupiter, Riviera Beach parks

A no-swimming advisory was issued Wednesday for Jupiter Beach Park and Phil Foster Park in Riviera Beach after recent tests showed elevated bacterial matter in the water, according to the Florida Department of Health for Palm Beach County. Water quality is rated by the health department as good, moderate and poor.
