The land where Greeley now lays was where, 1821, Stephen H. Long made his expedition. He said that "the region would never be fit for human habitation and should remain forever the unmolested haunt of the native hunter, bison and jackal." Nathan C. 14 projects awarded grants through Feed a Bee initiative
