Construction on a school in suburban Houston has been halted after excavation efforts at the site revealed an unmarked cemetery that may hold the remains of former slaves and prisoners. A Fort Bend ISD spokeswoman told KPRC-TV reported that crews uncovered human remains while working in a trench at the future location of the James Reese Career and Technical Center in Sugar Land.
