Santa Cruz man arrested in shooting near Watsonville

WATSONVILLE >> A 39-year-old Santa Cruz man has been arrested in connection with shooting someone he knew in a vehicle on Riverside Drive at Industrial Road in Watsonville on Friday morning, a Sheriff's Office spokesman said. About 11:20 a.m. Friday, the Sheriff's Office and Watsonville Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at Highway 129 and Industrial Road.
