PPG completes 10 Greater Pittsburgh Colorful Communities Projects for United Way's Day of Caring

For United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania's Day of Caring, PPG said it provided more than 430 gallons of its PPG Paints products to assist with 10 COLORFUL COMMUNITIES projects in the Pittsburgh area. The project brought together more than 300 PPG volunteers, who spent the day revitalizing classrooms, adding color to housing and creating murals for Bethlehem Haven , LaRosa Boys & Girls Club of McKeesport , Camp Guyasuta for Boy Scouts of America , Glade Run Lutheran Services , Human Services Center Corporation , the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium , Pressley Street High Rise , Rachel Carson Homestead , Veterans Leadership Program of Western PA and YMCA Homewood-Brushton .
