East Peorian in I-74 accident dies from his injuries

Wayne Farrow, 39, of 220 Chicago St. was pronounced dead at 6:10 p.m. at OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center, according to Jamie Harwood, the Peoria County coroner.
