LIDAR survey travels through Curwensville

Curwensville's State, Filbert and Walnut streets by Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home Inc. were surveyed Monday using LIDAR, which stands for light detection and ranging. According to Jonathan Efaw, LIDAR manager for Stahl Sheaffer Engineering of Morgantown, W.
