Monroe attorney Sedric Banks must explain why he subpoenaed two judges in a Winnsboro lawsuit that has digressed into a dispute about whether Fifth Judicial District Court Judge Terry Doughty should be recused from presiding over the case, according to a court order issued last week. According to the application for an arrest warrant, Ouachita Parish investigators say Jason Johnson's phone contains a video of his girlfriend's daughter undressing in the bathroom to bathe and shave her legs. Shortly after 2:00 a.m., on Saturday April 15, 2017, Louisiana State Police Troop F responded to a head-on crash involving two vehicles on LA 616 near Caldwell Road. 31-year-old Farmerville man indicted on three counts of first-degree rape

A Union Parish grand jury has indicted a Farmerville man on three counts of first-degree rape and two counts of sexual battery involving a 12-year-old girl. Anthony Allen Stanford, 31, was arrested in December by sheriff's investigators and booked into the Union Parish Detention on two counts of first-degree rape.
