Eight dogs rescued from hurricane-devastated Puerto Rico have arrived in Massachusetts and will soon be ready to go to new homes, according to MSPCA Angell. The three adult dogs and five puppies, which are eight to nine weeks old, arrived in the Bay State Tuesday and are currently in quarantine at the MSPCA-Nevins Farm in Methuen.
