A former bus driver accused of kidnapping and raping a 13-year-old special needs student in Saugus in 1998 has been returned to Massachusetts. Henry Gonzalez, 44, was arrested in the Dominican Republic earlier this year and returned to the state Thursday night to face charges of rape of a child with force, kidnapping, and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.
