The Cape Henlopen School District reports that one of their school buses was found to be vandalized with a racial slur, on Monday morning, in Lewes. In reference to the photo going around on social media, Superintendent Robert Fulton says, "This morning we were made aware of a vandalism incident with one of our Cape Henlopen School District buses which we believe occurred sometime late last night.
