Police say Williams has full custody of his daughter and had recently allowed Wizzard to spend time with the girl, though he says she hasn't been in Ja'layia's life for awhile.

Kokomo police seek credit card user

Investigators said Monday they had obtained surveillance video of the individual using the counterfeit credit cards last month at Low Bob's, 1427 E. Morgan Street and Village Pantry, 420 E. Morgan St. On Wednesday, investigators with the Kokomo Police Department received a report from the Cicero Police Department about a Cicero resident's credit card being used at several Kokomo businesses. Investigators were told the victim still had his credit card in his possession when it was being used in Kokomo, said a news release from Kokomo police.
