Cops looking for suspect accused of shooting man with rifle

The incident happened Tuesday when Errick Holmes Jr. and another man were arguing near 1804 Bay Street, a residential area east of Main Street and north of U.S. Highway 192, Kissimmee police spokeswoman Stacie Miller said.
