A Jackson teen was arrested Sunday afternoon when he was caught driving a school bus allegedly stolen from Northwest Community Schools. Police received the report of the teen driving the school bus through the city at about 2 p.m., April 15, Jackson Director of Police and Fire Services Elmer Hitt said.
