The Salisbury Police Department says on Wednesday, 35-year-old Jerry Hamilton, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, and 35-year-old Latasha Battle, of Irvington, New Jersey, were arrested in connection to a shooting that happened at the VFW, in Salisbury. During the investigation Hamilton was positively identified as the suspect, and Battle was identified as an accessory to the shooting incident.
