Hagerstown man's body discovered in river

The Washington County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating the death of a Hagerstown man, whose body was discovered near the mouth of the Conococheague Creek on the Potomac River Monday. The body of Charles Bradshaw IV, 37, of Hagerstown, was found Monday afternoon by two kayakers, who were entering the mouth of the Conococheague Creek from the Potomac River, according to a release from the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
