2 arrested after Decatur apartment robbery

The Decatur Police Department says two people have been arrested in connection with a robbery that happened on the city's north side July 22. Decatur police say the robbery happened at an apartment in the 1400 block of East Wellington Way at about 10:01 p.m. According to police sworn statements, the victim reported that two people came to his apartment, and after letting them in, one of the individuals displayed what was believed to be a handgun and ordered the victim to get on the ground before taking an Xbox 360 and leaving.

Police searching for shooting suspect in Decatur

Officers responded to a shooting in the 1400 block of E. Olive Street on Saturday around 11 p.m. When they arrived, they found a man who had been shot in the buttocks. Police say the shooting happened during a domestic dispute.
