Man charged in 2016 homicide case in Marion County

In a collaborative investigation with the Chattanooga Police Department, Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have obtained an indictment charging a man in connection to a homicide in late 2016. At the request of 12th District Attorney General Michael Taylor, TBI Agents opened an investigation into the death of Bradley Aaron Powell, a man a family member reported as missing in December 2016 to the Chattanooga Police Department.
