A Cape Coral man has been charged with making a bomb threat to his electricity provider due to his delinquent bill. According to a report by the Lee County Sheriff's Report, a call taker with the Lee County Electric Cooperative had a conversation with a disgruntled customer identified as David Munoz, 56, of 212 S.W. 13th Ave. The call taker informed Munoz that his electric bill was going to be delinquent on payment.
