Governor Charles Baker nominated a Mashpee attorney, Mark C. Gildea, to the state's Superior Court on Wednesday, April 5. Mr. Gildea, a principal of the law firm Clark, Balboni & Gildea, which has offices in Mashpee and Bridgewater, concentrates on civil litigation, including insurance defense, real estate and municipal law, according to a statement from the governor's office.
