A dead baby stuffed in a bag was found in a drinking water reservoir in Bristol, Conn., a case that is achingly similar to Boston's own Baby Doe. A water department employee found the baby's body in a Harwinton reservoir about 10:40 a.m. yesterday, the Hartford Courant reported.

Woman pleads guilty in crash that killed Bristol man

A Southington woman has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and assault charges in a crash that killed a man and injured his girlfriend last year. The Record-Journal reports that court records show 26-year-old Krista Pikora pleaded guilty last week in the April 2016 crash that left 30-year-old Brandon Caron dead.
