Body of Philadelphia woman discovered in Brick

The body of a Philadelphia woman was discovered in a car in a 7-Eleven parking lot on Burnt Tavern Road. The woman was identified as Moiyamoe Foffanah, 21, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, according to a statement from Al Della Fave, spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.
