OCEAN COUNTY -- An iron worker who suffered multiple broken bones in his face during an on-the-job accident in Brick four years ago settled his lawsuit for $725,000 earlier this summer, according to a report. David Dingler, 49, of Warren County, was hit in the face with a steel strap while helping to build a new wing at Ocean Medical Center on March 21, 2013, NJLawJournal.com reported.
