Pedestrian struck, killed on Veterans Parkway

A Bloomington man was struck by a vehicle after 8:20 p.m. Friday on Veterans Parkway, just south of Shepard Road, in Normal, according to the Normal Police Department. Witnesses reported the pedestrian, a 50-year-old male, entered the roadway and was struck by a single vehicle traveling south on Veterans Parkway.
