A grand jury will review capital murder and attempted murder charges against two men for the shooting death of an 18-year-old McCalla teen and the wounding of her boyfriend during a December robbery attempt, a judge ruled Wednesday. The grand jury, however, will review lesser charges of felony murder against two others, a man and woman, in the shooting, Jefferson County Bessemer Cutoff Circuit Judge David Hobdy said.
