Two people were arrested after a multi-agency pursuit involving a stolen vehicle on state Highway 4 in Contra Costa County this afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol. Sheriff's deputies began pursuing a blue GMC truck that had been stolen from the Antioch area around 1:53 p.m. in Bay Point, according to CHP Officer Brendan Correia.
